Alright /ck/, tomorrow I'm cooking t-bone steaks for the first time for a friend and myself. Both having moms who just heat until brown, neither of us have ever had a steak cooked less than well done. My question is whether medium and rare steaks actually taste good, or are they just the cool way to eat steak?
