Last week I made salmon. It came out like this.

It tasted pretty damn good, but I'll admit there's certainly a lot more that could be done with it.

Last time I just coated it in olive oil and put it on the pan skin-side up for a bit, seasoned with salt/pepper, flipped, seasoned the flesh, and let it finish.

I'll also be making pasta, rather than gnocchi, this time.

At any rate, it tasted good to me.
