FYI there are different types of matcha and grades. I'm assuming what you got in that bag is culinary grade. There is also a distinction between true matcha and green tea powder. True matcha is made with tencha. Green tea powder van be made with anything like sencha or bancha. True matcha powder will be smoother.

Been a while since I've had that kind of kitkat but that color suggests high matcha content. If you wanna splurge and get something that you can also drink plain, low end ceremonial would be fine.

The gyroku one might give you good results.

P.s. Chinese made matcha powder will taste different than Japanese matcha powder.
