My gf is from a hunting family and tomorrow she's going out to with her Dad and her brothers to hunt for some wild game, particularly beaver and muskrat. She keeps saying that Sunday night I had better be ready to eat her beaver - "gonna have a nice hot juicy beaver all for your to eat," she goes on.

I haven't eaten beaver before, so what should I expect?
