Which ingredients/dishes/recipes will cure diarrhea? I know potato is starchy and mild enough to ease digestive troubles and my friend will greatly appreciate it if you posted all your best culinary remedies.
Teas are also good I hear, but most of them but herbal teas have caffeine, and caffeine is diarrhea. What are some good teas that would improve digestive issues?
