it's a plant found in the uk (probably also other european countries) that sorta stings when you touch it, and gets VERY itchy. it goes away after maybe 30 mins to an hour but it's harmless. it doesn't sting you when it's been dried like that though so the cheese isn't evil. you can even make stinging nettle soup.
