I've eaten syrkis for breakfast for quite some time and never experienced that. Maybe it was the chocolate coating. The quality of the dairy inside the syrock (so-called "tvorog") and the chocolate that it's coated with depends a lot on the brand of the syrock, though. I'd say that picrelated is the best one that you can buy here.
