This will prob get removed cuz it’s more a request. Looking for the video of that lady making her family’s “classic Italian pasta sauce” but it’s really hard to watch because her knife skills are just awful, among other reasons. It used to be posted every week about 8 years ago when I frequented. Not sure if food gore videos are still in style here. Any help is appreciated.

What are some foods that despite having an expiration date or recommended use by date, they just never go bad? Pic related, I can have an opened can of pasta sauce and it's perfectly fine after a month
