Anyone else emotionally cooks?
I have my family picking me up for Christmas in a couple hours, I already ate and there will be way too much food, I should be getting ready, instead I'm making pasta sauce
I don't have any pasta, I have no use for sauce, I'm going to be dirty and smelling like an Italian kitchen regardless here I am making sauce, why? I'm stressed and cooking helps me calm down

Hot Italian sausage, beets, tomatillos, mushrooms, and brussel sprouts (all grilled). Tomatillos marinated in garlic, olive oil, habanero, and salt. Beets marinated in ginger, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Mushrooms and sprouts coated in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
