My goto dish is pork neck steak with mushrooms or roasted broccoli or root vegetables and a nice pan sauce. It's also great in stews and cheap as fuck.

Pork neck.
Can be slow cooked whole, cubed and used in stews or cut into steaks and grilled or pan-fried. Has lots of fat so stays juicy. Cheap as fuck. Season however you feel like.
Literally the perfect cut.
