Probably taste like nothing, certainly isn't "good cheese" like you say is important.

Sounds way to sweet. There's nothing to balance it off, it's only made worse by the sweetness of the sauteed onions. This distracts what burger is supposed to taste like. Probably taste ok for people that consume lots of sugar.

Sounds like too much, again distracts the main flavours you want, from the beef. Good burger toppings should enhance the beef, not mask it.

Rubbish

With thin burgers you can't get a good crust without overcooking the interior. Burgers should be cooked to no more than medium.
