If I had it my way, these things would be buried in a mass grave and history books would be revised to prevent this blight on dinner from ever again rearing its ugly head.

my mom just throw in slabs of meat in a crockpot. I told her the meat comes out soggy and wet. how can I help her make the meat come out different? I was thinking a bed of rice and vegetable. is there a better method?
