I smoke a lot of fish and salmon and usually have left overs. I’m not really a breakfast person but if I do it’s usually left over fish, I’ll have it with an egg or some bread and cheese. Cold salmon is the tits on a summer morning

Left over cold salmon and some cheese is the most satisfying breakfast I’ve ever had, it’s great in warmer months
