HELP! I cooked salmon at 400F for 12 minutes, and it was a little soft and moist and I wasn’t used to it, almost all salmon I’ve had was kinda dry and nothing like this. I’m worried that I contracted tapeworms and I can’t get medical advice until tomorrow. Does anyone know if I could have gotten worms? I stomach does feel a bit weird at the moment.
