I tried to make a homemade hot pocket today. The outside is a basic white bread dough I made, and the filling is mozzarella with chopped onion, garlic, and mushroom. Next time I think I’ll let the dough proof after rolling it out to make it fluffier, but overall it turned out much better than a frozen hot pocket!
