Bypassing all of the shit-flinging in this thread to ask my euro-bros an important question: the fish featured in OP's webm appears to be a carp. I am an American who recently got turned onto carp angling. I've been an avid fisherman my whole life, but in the US carp are seen as trash fish. But they're everywhere, grow huge, and are fun to catch. What is the proper way to cook them? Smoking? Deep frying? Fish cakes? How do you deal with the bones?
