I've lived here my entire life and I've never heard of that before anon, looks fucked. I'd say our national dish is chicken parma, it's fucking everywhere. At least our fish and chips destroy England's (but not Scotland's) fried dim sims with kecap manis are a guilty pleasure

I love Chicken Parms.
I have no problem making them but I always just flatten the chicken, then flour, egg, crumbs.

Was wondering if anyone else cooks it differently? Do you brine your chicken? Buttermilk brine? do you use ham or other meats? just mozzarella? or do you even have a special crumb?

This can also be a fried chicken thread in general. I love hearing about how you like your chicken.
