Re-purpose. Making a meal plan for a week or so doesn't really rub me the wrong way. I don't diet because I'm a skinny fuck already, but I see no harm in properly cooked portioned meals. Like what the fucking issue?

Lets say your a registered nurse working 70 hour week. On your one or two days off you make a pile of meals so you can wake up, take a shower and then go to work with a properly cooked meal. Maybe a coffee and some crackers. What the fuck is the problem with that?

Just basing this off the mug for size perspective I'd say the cuke is cut too thick. Also I'd personally plate the tomatoes like a little triforce garnish on top...as you can always kick them around with a fork later. I'd hit it with some pumpernickel croutons and remove the mayonnaise and add a balsamic vin.

I got a mortar and pestle as a gift and gave it a go. I'm surprised by how much I prefer it over grinders. Yes it's more work but you can control the consistency which I really appreciate.

I ate at his burger joint on a Carnival Cruise and it wasn't that bad. They didn't cook to temp, so it was basically fast food meat...but they had this whole buffet of condiments and toppings plus the fries were decent.
