veggie edition:

Black bean burgers have always been great. Beet burgers are underrated.

House veggie patties are often very hit and miss, many times they're undersalted and mushy as fuck for whatever reason.

Portobello cap burgers are good, but most restaurants don't cook them very well and they end up kind of raw/undercooked, which is very unpleasant. Shake Shack has an interesting cheese-stuffed portobello burger.

This is more of a slider but vada pav, is a great Indian street food burger, pic related. I assume you could make it regular sized if you liked. https://www.vegrecipesofindia.com/vada-pav-how-to-make-wada-pav/..
Made primarily out of potatoes and chickpea flour, and the chutney is pretty crucial.
