I only drink water but here's the hack when you want something sweet:
>Take one of pic related, let it dissolve in your mouth
>Squeeze a half a lemon in a glass of ice water
>Tastes like the best lemonade ever with 0 calories

The protein from the berry temporarily binds to your taste buds and makes sour things taste sweet. Like I said, it's a treat. I don't use them all the time.
