absolutely. it actually really shocked me how much better i started to feel after not constantly drinking alcohol and drinks jammed full of sugar and caffeine. clearer skin, better sleep patterns, more energy. it's crazy how bad sugar is. you dont realize it growing up with everything having 900% of your daily recommended sugar intake. it really does a number on your body.
