10-15 years ago in this little 'greasy spoon' truckstop called Kathys' Kitchen in indiana.
It was a chicken patty nearly the size of my head, breaded in... I don't fucking know.
It must've been satans dandruff or some shit, because with that first bite, my nose started gushing, my eyes were burning and rivers of tears ran down my cheeks.
I've never tasted anything so hot and intense in my entire life.. but somehow.. the heat 'didn't' block out the flavor of the chicken.
It intensified it. Enhanced it.
This was the best, juicyest, crunchiest, most savory, perfect chicken sandwich i've ever had.

The restaurant closed down years later because of health code violations or some shit, but goddamn.
That sandwich was of the gods.

yes but use a cheese cloth or sieve to get the chunks out unless you don't care. also adding rosemary, shallots, garlic, whatever you want = god tier

They're actually pretty decent.
The fries are godly, and the bacon is usually 'just right'.
The burgers themselves tend to be a little on the small side, but they're always juicy and they stack those things like they're going outta business.
