I will never understand how people like this shit.
>no flavor
>no spice
>terrible texture

The Poblano or even the Jalapeno beats it in every way.

My gf claims to not like bell peppers, which I think is ridiculous. They provide colour, fresh fruitiness, and either crunch or a pleasant meatiness depending on how cooked they are.
What's your favourite dish that highlights bell peppers? I'm confident she can be brought round to the pepper perspective.

(btw did i mention i have a gf lol nerds)

So i bought a group of four bellpeppers that looks just like this
they are all soft and juicy as yellow bellpeppers usually are
...even the red one.

well that is wierd since usually the red bell peppers are skinnier, longer, have a tougher feel to them and have a darker different taste than the yellow and orange ones.

so i take it theres a difference between these two red ones. anyone wanna confirm this?

I've never been fond of green bell pepper. It's not even ripe and it tastes bitter to me. Do people actually prefer green bell pepper over the ripe versions?
