Dassai is one of the best widely available sake, so you can try the higher end offerings like Dassai 39 or even Dassai 23. If you can find it, I recommend Ikki na Onna from Tedorigawa brewery. They came to fame a few years ago via the Netflix documentary "birth of sake" and I hunted down a few bottles. Best sake I've had outside of Japan.
