If my tax dollars have to be used to subsidize low wages for mega corporations, then that's not free market capitalism. That's the government picking winners and losers. And as a conservative, I am not ok with them interfering in the free market in this way. If the government I going to have a social safety net (and it should) then it is important that the government not allow corporations to abuse that safety net.
