Pork chops with a white wine and mushroom sauce

>pan fry a pork chop until it’s done to your liking
>in a pot, fry onions and mushrooms in olive oil and butter
>add in some heavy cream
>stir until it’s bubbling
>add in a liberal amount of white wine (I prefer white wines on the drier or acidic side for this desu)
>stir it up
>add small amounts (like 1/3 tablespoon) of flour until it’s thick to your liking (if it’s too thick, just add chicken stock)
By this time the pork should be cooked, let it rest for a 2-3 minutes
>add in minced garlic to the sauce

>cut your chop into thin slices and pour your sauce on top
