What's the worst food poisoning you've ever gotten?

I ate some enchiladas from a food cart on the side of the road in San Diego and shit myself 25 minutes later. I couldn't get out of bed for 4 days and lost about 15lbs. My dad had to rub a lube around my asshole because my constant shitting had burned the skin off it
