watching his videos just make me depressed

Even though he's gay, ginger, and worse of all, 5'6, I really think Ethan has the best channel. The presentation is good, he's a good teacher, and recipes are simple.

I can see his appeal and his recipes are good but his channel is less about teaching you how to cook and more of him showing off what he can do with the most expensive ingredients and equipment. His personality is incredibly annoying too and nobody has brought this up, but he often slurs his words.

Is he kept as a prisoner by the elites or something? He, like Adam Raguesea, have very 'rushed' personalities that sound robotic and fake to me.

This. Internet Shaquille is easily a top five YouTube cooking channel. Shame more people don’t know about it, but it’s getting more popular.

Ethan Cherbowski is good as well for the same reasons- useful cooking theory, recipes that are actually practical for a hole cook, and straight-to-the-point videos with minimal self promotion or invasive advertising
