This shit isn't complicated.

Vegans don't: kill shit, harm shit, take shit that isn't theirs, specifically, in relation to diet and lifestyle.

Buying new leather, wool, fur, silk products isn't vegan. Buying and eating eggs, honey, milk, cheese, ghee, or things containing these as ingredients is not congruent with veganism.

Neither is having your abortion, but vegan bitches are usually dead ass impossibly liberal, so that fact is usually thrown under the rug.

No, keeping animals is not vegan. Under any circumstance. The difference between veganism and vegetarianism is the possibility of seeing animals and their products as fit for human consumption. 'Backyard eggs' are the most hated fucking shit in vegan circles next to the 'uncle's farm' shit because it's intellectually dishonest.

There is no egg or cheese eating vegan. These are liars.

Keto is the nastiest fucking diet in the world.

Seriously, I can not endure this shit anymore. I've lost a LOT of weight, but this shit is so sickening.

I am tired of slabs of meat and roughage for the sake of shitting. I can't cook to save my dick but I am so tired of this nasty ass fucking meat, no matter how well I cook and season it, it's still revolting.

Anyone have any experience getting creative with ketogenic recipes? I would like some wisdom before I just emaciate myself so I don't have to eat another fucking steak.

Do you have a freezer? If so, buy bulks of staple stuff when on sale and freeze it for later. Might wanna pick up a few large containers to freeze leftovers - If you are living alone, its generally cost-effective timewise if you make a large batch of stuff and rotate your meals around this; I generally cook around 1-4 times a week doing this and then live off the leftovers. Just make sure to keep a varied supply of stuff so you don't get too sick of eating meatballs or whatever you've got.

Meat can be tough on a budget, so excersice moderation. A little bit goes a long way in a stew mixed with cheaper ingredients like vegetables. This is where a freezer comes in real handy since a lot of stores will generally put the most common meats on sale or try to sell off stuff that's about to expire, so just be a little patient, look around for the cheapest place, and you can generally get away pretty cheap. Chicken is a really cost effective meat, especially if you buy it whole and cut it up on your own, so I'd recommend looking up some videos on how to cut it.

I'm an omnivore btw, not sure if that matters.

So I just cooked up a vegan dish of potato and lentil curry with coconut milk and a side of medley rice for meals this week. It doesn't taste that bad honesty and I find it fun to play around with some occasional vegan options since it can be both tasty and nutritious.

>Always drinks in moderation
>Guaranteed recovery by next day after a cup of coffee

Hmmm, maybe drinking in excess and placing unneeded stress on the body might not be sustainable in the long run.
