My chicken does that sometimes. It's fine.

I've seen everything that chicken can do. This happens alot to me.

If the instructions say it's not usable above 400 then it's mostly worthless. I just wanted a regular pan that had a elevated rack to make things crispier. I sometimes finish certain things under the broiler as well. I just hate soggy chicken and foods so I thought elevating it so air gets underneath it will help.

How do I cook a chicken breast that is crispy and doesn't leak white shit everywhere? I already elevate it with a metal rack when I bake it.

I do all the time. I just sear it and bread it on the outside.

Don't ever buy frozen chicken.

Buy them cheap from your grocery and freeze them yourself by ones that aren't pumped with 15% solution.

Or else you will get this.

How do I make shake n bake chicken without it bleeding out a shit ton of proteins and liquid and the coating just sliding off in a glop?

I took your advice from last time and got one in the oven right now. I am putting it up to 450 on the top. Will show results soon.
