canned fish always dry as cardboard. So i've always paired it or rather overwhelm its dry with something wet. My current thing is shirataki noodles which is 99 percent water. Plus toss in raw onions. So the ratio is 1 part fish to 2 parts wet stuff (shirataki + raw onions).
