I'd bring pic related. Then I'd kill every fattie piece of garbage that brought some kind of fast food, run them through a grinder, and sell their remains as carnivore feed at the local zoo.

Steaming is the way to go. Just lube up a ramikan, put the egg inside, and steam or bake that fucker until it's done the way you want it, then serve.

Pic related: steamed eggs on bacon, buttermilk biscuit, pan gravy and fresh maters'.

Nope. Steaming is 1000 times better, less of a pain in the ass, and doesn't waste any of the egg. Plus, you can use cups / ramekins to create a nice uniform shape.

Don't poach. Steam.

The other thing I use my steamer for is eggs. I'll slap some butter in a ramkin, drop in an egg, and after 3:45 seconds you get a perfectly formed and well cooked egg with a slightly runny yoke that's perfect for eggs Forrest, or whatever.

Much easier than poaching them in water.
