My wife is not a good cook... and when she does cook I even just walk past the kitchen she attacks me and accuses me of judging her cooking.

She's right. I just humor her.

Is a restaurant apocalypse coming?
I've been having a hard time getting take out orders, with ridiculous projected wait times, portions are getting smaller, and wait staff are getting shittier.
The only places left where I live that still thrive are working class pizza, wings, burger, beer spots because the standards aren't high and the quality is not in really good ingredients but just simply ingredients that work, which makes me think back to older generation places that have lasted since the depression and ww2 era.
Are we gonna see the next wave of po boys and jellied eels and shit?

>boiled chicken eith truffles in it.
>steamed chicken in a pug bladder, with truffles in it.
>fish cooked in puff pastry
>potato crusted fish in olive oil.
>warm creme fraiche with mushrooms in it.
>egg poached in wine.

How did this man maintain 3 stars so long?
