For the ones packed in olive oil
-Pasta con le sarde with toasted breadcrumbs and a side of poached eggs
-On bread with the spicy olive oil from tin and parsley+remoulade

For the ones packed in tomato sauce
-Sautee onions and garlic in pan, dump sardines and sauce in and add chilli paste/powder/sambal to taste. Good with rice.
Looks kind of like pic related but I like more sauce so I add a bit of ketchup.
