was worrierd about the cork mostly, but its held up well considering being in a Friar Tuck for close to a decade. Really nice subtle flavor of mesquite smoked bacon and jalapeno without the heat. nice mildy sweet finish of vanilla and chex cereal. I am pleasantly surprised. havent added water to it yet and I'm still on the neck pour.
