I'm also trying to /fit/, started recently. Now I decided to improve my diet a little and eat 200g of cottage cheese (or quark, I'm not sure about the translation) daily (which gives around 40g of protein). The problem is, it is extremely dull. Do you have some suggestions for simple recipes involving cottage cheese?

Also, I know I should get myself a proper diet, but I actually don't cook and don't have really the time to learn (that's why I asked for simple recipes; I do want to learn to cook when I find some time though).
