Look at your dry brown stalk compared to the healthy bright green one in the original. It's clearly well past ripe. I post to al/ck/ pretty infrequently but whenever I do I usually post this:
Stop and get your life back on track while you can. At some point you'll reach the point of no return, and when you do you're going to be fucked.
I'm an ICU nurse, and I usually come back to y'all with a new al/ck/ related horror story, so here's my newest;

>Been there 10 hours already, so happy to be almost done
>Suddenly get call from house supervisor

>Give bed, try to get the room ready
>This yellow skeletor rolls in within minutes before we've even got an IV pump in the room
>Man in his early 40's, extremely jaundiced, completely unresponsive
>Eyes wide open, staring into space, breathing like a fish out of water
>We call ER doc to intubate immediately
>Never get a blood pressure on the guy, it's too low to measure even with a manual cuff
>Pupils fixed and dilated
>Fight with his blood pressure for an hour just attempting to GET some sort of blood pressure
>Finally lose a pulse
>Code him for half an hour before we finally get a hold of a family member to get their blessing to make him a DNR
>Dude dies as I'm walking out of the unit another half hour later

The story on that sad sap is he was in end stage liver failure due to ETOH (aka alcohol and drug) abuse. He'd come in due to high levels of ammonia in the blood and confusion, and in the span of four days he went from more-or-less-okay to crashing. And once he crashed he never came back. All of this was the direct effect of years of alcohol abuse.
Please get some help anons. Even if you have to check yourself in somewhere to detox it's better than what you're doing now. I'd hate to see you roll in through my ICU doors.
