That kind of pizza and topping ratio is considered the picture of traditional neapolitan style. The flour used for traditional neapolitan has less protein so the cooked result is weak/chewy/soupy and can't support much weight. It's babbys first real pizza. People cling to it after realizing they were used to eating trash before trying quality ingredients on normally lowbrow food. While it is tasty it's swarmed by a circlejerk of people wanting to seem cultured. When joints in NA sling you a $15+ pricetag for $3 of ingredient it's also a fucking ripoff. People like this >>11243164 are the kind of idiots that support the scheme. Non-traditional pizza that uses those high quality ingredients make better pizza.
