I stole one from an establishment recently, pepper grinder that is. Single grain oak, but no noticeable brand name. All the plastic shit I've bought has turned out to be garbage and breaks...fuck that noise, nobody got time for that shit. So far it's working really well and I'm happy with it.

I don't have a salt grinder. I just use a mortar and pestle for that.

There's a few schools of thought on this.

>samonilla and can it be killed by heat
the obvious answer is yes, hence the temp guide.

>cooked chicken added
Could get tough, could not. It depends on the temp you're using.

>Raw chicken added.
I think it adds flavor, but you also don't want to negate the other flavors in your sauce by adding raw meat...that's how stupid people in the UK cook.

I'd do a pan sear to lock in the good stuff and then add. Cut it raw so you don't have to cut it hot before adding. That's how I roll.

Yes, and when people come over my house I have them leave their coats outside on the sidewalk, so the sidewalk doesn't get cold.

Espresso con pana.

Fucking cut to the chase, you want synthetic energy...no need to pour milk and sugar over it. Get an espresso...slam it and boom it's the same spike as your chi tea latte and you don't have to carry around a cup for 90 minutes.

I like to use bok choy instead of celery when making a pho stock. I season according to recipes but bok choy is probably the one thing I do that's out of the ordinary.

I'm not sure why more people don't, it's a water soluble vegetable and is asian.

Personally I'm going to Cuba. Thanks Obama. Taking a cruise out of Tampa straight to Havana and I'm hoping for some good food experiences when I get there.

I leave in October if anybody wants to come, it's $600 a ticket.

French Onion is the correct answer. Split Pea is boss though, but still not as good as split pea and ham.

Not being a hater, but honestly those look overly rubbed and/or sauced. Ribs are delicious when cooked properly but all it really needs is to be done correctly with a little SP and SOS.

They don't look terrible, but I'd probably shred them and turn them into sandwiches.
