gonna make some pressure cooker chicken curry tomorrow

I like to cut up a ton of onions and a few potatoes and about 2 pounds of chicken, season and sear the chicken in the pot, set it aside, sautee the onions with some garlic and ginger, then put everything back in with 3 cups of stock and a packet of this stuff for 15 minutes on high pressure. Easy, delicious, filling, and cheap.

I also like to add a bit worcestershire sauce and maybe a spot of butter once it's done for some extra flavor and creaminess

Do you like box curry? It's certainly not high cuisine but it sure is good

Everyone seems to have their own ingredients and mix-ins, how do you make yours?

I stuff the pot with onions and potatoes rather than having a lot of carrots, use beef stock as the liquid, chicken thighs as the protein, and add a bit of sriracha and worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.

After seeing this thread I decided to get one of these boxes of Golden Curry while I was at the store. I just cut up a potato, carrot, and onion and added it to the curry after sauteeing them for a while. But it ended up turning out to be really bland even though when I tasted the curry first it had plenty of flavor. Why did adding it to the vegetables kill all the flavor?
