huge fuck off burritos with no rice filler in the tortilla

tomatillos tend to be sour, try blending some fresh ripe tomatoes in to cut down on that
is tabasco the only other acidic ingredient you are using?
I've making a roasted salsa using juice from one or 2 limes and was always a little too sour. Tried half lime juice and half lemon juice in last batch and came out perfect

also aussie bush burger but that was so obscure i can't even find a photo of it on goog;e
