My gf went hunting with her brothers and her Dad this weekend for Father's Day. She said she shot a beaver and will be cooking it up this this week. She said one taste of her beaver and I'll be eating it all night.

So my question is: what should I expect?

Anybody here ever had beaver? My gf's uncle is a hunter guy and gave her a couple of pounds of it yesterday and she's going to make it for our Christmas Eve dinner since she's cooked it before and it's an old family recipe. She says one taste of her beaver and I'll want to eat it all night.

My girlfriend comes from a hunting family and last weekend she and her Dad and brothers went beaver hunting. She has one in the freezer and is going to cook it up this Friday night. She says that after one taste of her beaver I am going to want to keep eating it all night.
