When you cook a tortilla in oil, it turns crispy and delicious. You put stuff on that to make tostadas. I tried eating there once. The steak was gray and leathery. The potroast and meatloaf was OK, nothing that you couldn't make better at home. I got the impression it was a restaurant for people who couldn't cook and never had a decent meal at home. Luckily the place near me got turned into a Chick Fil A.
