How do I even go about making this? Aren't breakfasts suppose to quick and easy? Looks like this will take forever to prepare

Motherfucker I live in BFE and there's 3 1st generation chinese-owned and run resturants, a real fucking good Mexican place, and 2 Italian places run by actual Italians within 5 miles of me.
