Why are guisado tacos hard to find in the states? All I ever see is fried meats or al pastor. heck, even the carne asada is not made with mesquite/charcoal

Look at these tacos. Not only do they need two tortillas to hold it up but something in the taco as well so the stews won't fall all over the place
