Hey posted in last thread exactly seven days ago

These half-sour pickles are supposed to be ready now (5-7 days). I am wondering if I should try one now or save it for with something else later on. What do?

I have never used pickle crisp, but I may give it a try if they don't have enough snap. I also thought it was really strange there isn't any vinegar used.
