Think I made lava cake. Very spongey texture that isn't bad.
Added a lot extra with a slightly different recipe from online. Came out looking like pic related.
Healthy minute brownie in a mug
> 1 tbs oatmeal ground into flour
>1 tbs of a carefully measured glob of peanut butter
Or
>1tbs coconut oil
>egg
> 1/4tsp baking powder
>1/4tsp baking soda
>1tbs bakers chocolate powder
>1tsp honey
>1tbs milk
Or
>1tbs almond milk

>Mix all dry ingredients
>Then mix with all wet ingredients

Microwave 1 min in 30 second increments.
