Hey /ck/, I was thinking on making some simple sandwiches, half baguette, muenster cheese, sliced chorizo, jamón serrano and some homemade aliolí. The thing is that i could not find jamón serrano, just prosciutto (di parma and san danielle -and other one named italian that i didn't know it was a class-).

So I'm writing here for two things mainly, first of all asking for a good replacement for the jamón serrano, I know that it is different from prosciutto but I don't really know exactly the difference.

Second, to read any suggestion or improvement to my sandwiches, nothing to fancy or elaborated, they are for a picnic.
