They were feral abandoned kittens from another neighborhood I lived in. They are both spayed and still are about 20% feral, but they are fed well,(spoiled even,) and very rarely kill anything other than the occasional field mouse, mole and very rarely a birb.
Rabbit season is another matter. I don't feed them even half as much because they eat rabbits for the whole month... Strangely, they always bring me the adults they catch, and I check the livers. Otherwise, it's NOMNOMNOM,All GONE!
Must be from the first 3 months before i adopted them, they must've been eating them after being weaned.
I really can't recommend indoor/outdoor kots in any other setting than rural. I was lucky my gals were street smart, many kots aren't.

Well...They're scavengers...And as Kosher-Law as that seems, I won't eat 'em.
I was just about to go out and feed the lil' FatBoy some ritz crackers, Acorns and maybe some celery...

I love ALL animals(tried to save a road tumbled rabbit once as a kid, it died anyway)
