it was a great job when I got hired but we lost a vital employee every 3 months and couldn't replace them. it's advertised as a scratch kitchen but there aren't enough employees to pull that off. supervisors make $25 an hour in a state with $7.25 minimum wage. college was located in a bumfuck meth town and no new hire lasted more than a couple weeks. corporate safety bullshit out the ass, team meetings in the most crucial time of the shift. I gave them a two month notice and the executive chef start to choke up. leaving that place was the best decision of my life
